Our hot water is a pale cloudy yellow - the cold water is clear. So need to figure out what’s causing that, if it’s safe?? And how to fix. We also have a leaky bathroom tap that needs to be repaired or replaced.

We need two jobs done on/under the kitchen sink. They are: (1) Remove an Oliveri Pull Out Spray Mixer (see pic 1) in its entirety and replace it with an Estilo Pull Out Spray Mixer (supplied - very similar product). (2) Remove a ZIP water heater in its entirety, ie. everything under the sink (see pic 2) and the ZIP tap (see pic 3). Please quote on job (1) as detailed above. Bathroom drain flow restricted

My bathroom sink is making a loud noise and the tap keeps dripping. I’m guessing the washer needs to be replaced. Looking for a handy person to do this today. The shower is also dripping so need someone to fix that too. Any time after 5.30pm today please. Or first thing tomorrow morning if possible. Thanks

I need a new tap installed at front of a semi-detached house. There is the main water tap about 10 metres away (per photo) To supply tap and all required materials. There is no water meter on property.

Replaced kitchen and dishwasher installed need plumber to connect

Take toilet seat off and replace with new toilet seat. I couldn’t find a button or screws to take the seat off. Second task it potentially plugging a small leak but this one way less important and doesn’t matter if it doesn’t get done

I need to do few things in 2 different locations: in Stanmore -need to connect water from the existing water system nearby (1 or 2m away from the vertical garden) to the vertical garden ( see photo) -install 1 extra tap and connect water fr the existing water system (in another area) to a tap to be installed.gap is around 1 or 2m away from each other. -fix 1 leaking tap. 1 inch diameter copper water pipe has a leak. Prior handyman fixed leak but it has since opened up again. Requesting licensed plumber to fix to avoid future reoccurrence (I.e. remove all temporary fix and replace with proper repair). See picture
