Toilet seat replacement for two toilets. At the moment there are two toilets with poor toilet seat fittings. Need correct seats put on them.

I have an issue with my tap. Even when off water keeps coming out, I’m pretty sure I need a replacement washer for it

I have a very old falling apart vanity i need removed and replaced with a flatpack unit plus basin and mixer i have purchased. The existing install is hard braised and plumbed in. I would like the 2 water entry points swapped with stopcocks and a mixer tap hooked up in addition to the install of the replacement vanity, basin and mixer. I have one additional point on the house where i would like a stopcock installed to facilitate hooking a coffee machine up to mains water.

I cleaned my drain pipe today, but when I reassembled I am left with a drip as my wrists are not strong enough.

Fix a leaking bathroom Basin tap

I need 2 shelves - one for under the sink in my kitchen and one for under the sink in the bathroom. They need to fit around the plumbing from the taps

I need new bathroom taps and fawcett to be installed coming out of the tiles on the wall not up through the basin in my ground floor unit. And new basin installed and sealed to countertop. Have attached a photo of the current sink and a photo of the type of fawcett i want to purchase. Can buy replacement tiles. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 12 March 2024

Install new LG dishwasher. Plumbing only. Dishwasher is freestanding, powered. Needs plumbing, using below-sink water/drainage. - Due date: Before Monday, 12 February 2024

1) Replace left hand tap washer on a shower tap. 2) Remove water flow limiter on a bathroom basin tap. 3) Rebolt a kitchen tap to the sink. 4) Stop a dishwasher from leaking.

Shower tap is needing force to turn on and off. Knob is sheared and turning around and around eventually catches. Have purchased replacement tap set. Mondella chrome ceramic disc wall top assembly. Same as being replaced. Don’t have tools to do it myself.

Hot water tap in shower wall is loose and spinning.. hard to turn hot water on and off… and tap in kitchen sink is not tight loose at the bench. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 2 February 2024

I have bought new taps and a spout and require someone to install them. Water is spouting badly when tap on so asap would be great - Due date: Flexible
