My Miele dishwasher isn’t working and need a plumber

Need tiler to regrout leaking shower with epoxy grout and apply new silicone to shower base edges. Old silicone has already been removed, shower cleaned and mould application done.

I need a plumber to come and remove a stuck washing machine hose - must be done without damaging the walls or pipe

See photos of original plumbing and specifications of vanity. The original pipes are in place. Rework pipes to fit new 2 drawer vanity and install the vanity tap and vanity top hand basin. Vanity top is not in place, to be added once plumbing completed. The carpenter will be on site to make holes and install the wall hung vanity.

The 3 jobs for this time are below 1)Remove this toilet bowl (1st photo) 2)Shift this kitchen sink drain 50cm or so (as shown in the second photo). 3)Give the quote for the further adjustments (if the adjustments are needed) We are renovating the kitchen and going to have 2 sinks, a dishwasher and washing machine in it. We are using existing drains and water inlets for them but I assume there still needs some minor adjustment (There are already 4 drains and 5 water inlets in this small section of the house.) So I want to discuss it with a plumber and get a quote for this minor adjustment/visit if necessary. We are busy this Friday, so this weekend or Monday is welcome.

I have two toilets that need fixing. One toilet requires the replacement of an inlet valve. The second toilet has a leak at the bottom of the cistern that connects to the base, it requires a foam connection seal replacement. Both toilets are Caroma Caravell model.

Had a blocked sink and after trying to unblock have developed a leak under the basin.

There has been an increase in sewage smell from our toilet off late.. We have already checked for leakage from the base of toilet to the floor , even cleaned pot and drains, scrubbed the floor and walls of the bathroom. The smell still persists even if we do not use the toilet.

Need a plumber to fix a leaking pipe on my roof. Please see the attached picture for your reference. There will be a roof top access via my balcony but would you need to bring a ladder to get to the roof. Please quote with necessary tools required.

Drain won’t drain water, have tried with a plunger with no luck, it’s the basin on the right, have shown plumbing for reference - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 18 November 2023

The area under my water meter is wet. Hence it seems the water meter is leaking. Although I cannot visibly identify where the leak is. The rock garden flooring is all wet and quite soaked. The water meter is located in the front garden of the townhouse. Can I please have assistance to fix this? Thank you - Due date: Before Sunday, 12 November 2023
