Update I have now attached photos I have replacement washers already and I did try removing the taps with a tap wrench but they not come off as the tap socket looked a bit worn. However I am someone with zero plumbing and maintenance experience and was just googling answers until I gave up. The job is flexible and can be done whenever but I cannot do mornings , it is an apartment here but it is normally not too difficult to find a park directly outside (be mindful parking is metered and costs $8). Shower is leaking - water wont stop running. Need to replace with new shower head as well and fix water pressure.

Plumber has moved a instant hot water System, just needs to be reconnect to power . ( wire as per photo to be coonected) I also have several jobs that need doing I want to get quotes for.

My toilet cistern has issues with the floating plastic parts (float/valve mechanism). The water isn’t stopping properly after filling, and I think the float pieces may need adjustment. Very noisy. Apartment is located in a bilduing in Sydney Darlinghurst, at the begging of Oxford St, very close to Musuem Station and Hyde Park.

The water supply hose to toilet cistern needs changing. Current one has a circular nut and having difficulty unscrewing it as it is in a very tight spot between cistern and wall
