Licensed plumber needed to repair hot shower tap. The shower has separate hot and cold taps—not a mixer. Hot water works elsewhere, in kitchen & bathroom sink, but no hot water is coming through the shower. It is Grohe brand.
Kieran was fabulous punctual and did a perfect job. Would definitely recommend him.

You will have access to turn off water mains. Please note someone from airtasker already came a few weeks ago and changed the washers and made the leaking even worse. I think this could have been because they did not bring the correct washers , so maybe what they replaced eroded immediately resulting in even more dripping . The dripping has only been happening a few months before that it was fine. I am hoping tasker to bring any washers , tools or parts please as I have a very limited understanding of fixing shower leaks. Thank you. I am flexible for time it’s not urgent

We have two toilets that need some help from a plumber! Toilet 1 (see photos) has no leaking issue but it intermittently does not re-fill easily(or at all) after a flush. Toilet 2 (see photos) has been operating fine since we moved in several months ago until today. After a flush all of the sudden water started running out of the back of the tank. I have yet to turn the water back on to investigate the issue on my own. I'm assuming a seal has gone bad? Odd that it happened all at one versus a slow leak though? Offer is to inspect a s repair both toilets. Parts not included.

I think it is my fault as I flushed some paper towels which I used as toilet paper and just found out they are not flushable. Since then the toilet doesn’t appear blocked but if you flush it water and sewage rises up through the drain shown on the left of the photo attached. It sounds like jetting the pipe or something will help. Please note I’m in an apartment so you will only have access to the toilet and the drain. I moved in just last week so I’m too anxious to tell building manager and realestate and trying to fix myself. Not super urgent but would need to be done after 5pm weeknights - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 18 January 2023
