New dishwasher, old tap.i don't have the adapter or the tools. Probably a very quick job if you have the right adapter. The dishwasher manual says "Connect the inlet hose to a water tap with an external BSP thread spout of 3/4'." I've taken a few photos to try to help identify what the tap diameter is.

Toilet was disconnected due to new floorboards going down. Need it to be reconnected now. There was also an issue with the inlet valve (I think it was) where toilet was continuing to cycle water through and not recognise pan was full (hope that makes sense) Had plumber coming today (thur) but has fallen sick and can’t make it .
