The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through. I am looking for an experienced and licensed tiler/builder to: • Inspect the shower and confirm the source of the leak • Advise whether this can be repaired locally or requires full shower floor removal • Provide a quote for proper rectification The shower is tiled (no shower tray). The leak only occurs when the shower is used. Please only respond if you have experience with waterproofing and shower rectification work.

Toilet was disconnected due to new floorboards going down. Need it to be reconnected now.
