I have had new carpet installed and one of the bedroom doors needs to be slightly trimmed on the bottom so if open and closes smoothly.

Remove old wooden fuse box There is a redundant wooden fuse box located outside the front door that needs to be removed. There is no electrical wiring connected, so this is purely a removal job. 3. Ceiling patch and paint Repair and repaint a section of ceiling affected by previous water damage (peeling paint). The source of the leak (upstairs bathroom) has already been fixed—just need the ceiling restored to a neat finish. Paint will be supplied. I’d like a curtain rod (it can be two together) installed for a large 3.5m window. Theres a cavity for blinds already - I just need the rod and brackets installed!

Remove cornice from ceiling and give ceiling the look of polished concrete. The ceiling is a solid concrete slab so no plants board. The cornice appears to be plata from the part I’ve tried to pull away. It comes off but crumbles rather than a single piece. I would like an industrial polished concrete ceiling look but unsure the best way to achieve this. Some options and ideas would be great. Ceiling size is 4.8m x 6.5m
