This is initially a short-term role, however there is potential for ongoing regular work or a permanent position for the right person. Duties Include: General repairs and maintenance Painting and patching Basic carpentry and handyman tasks Furniture assembly and moving Property inspections Assisting with preventative maintenance projects General upkeep of guest accommodation areas

And then please putting new silicone down on the shower and at the base of the loo, because water leaks out of the shower at the moment. And then if possible it would be great to have assistance repairing the soap shelf that has fallen off/broken, although I don’t know if this bit is possible? Thanks
