Find an experienced handyman in Pascoe Vale South

Need someone to remove a clothesline. There is one stubborn screw that may need a drill (or stronger person than me). Then I need a replacement clothesline installed. Photos below.

The bolts on the top of the sliding wardrobe have broken, making it really hard to slide the wardrobe now. I am requiring a handyman to help and assist by putting bolts on the wardrobe back together. If you need more pictures or information, please let me know!
