Door won’t latch closed the wood has worn down

Exterior Timber framed double-glazed sliding door 2-2mt by 2-5mt. The door has stopped sliding. I have cleaned and WD40 tracks and adjusted the screw on each end, but it is still not moving. Replacing rollers would require removing the door, a 2-person job.
