I need help to fix a few things around the house. 1. slow-close toilet seats are slamming x 2 toilets. 2. water pressure is not strong enough in the bathroom basin. 3. kitchen tap is wobbly. 4. bathroom door (glass) is imbalanced and catching the door frame and scraping the paint.
