Find an experienced handyman in Erskineville

Fix decking where fire pit was light and wood has been damaged Section approximately 500m x 500m effecting 4 boards Would just replace section, happy to see new joins

I’m looking for a handyman/woman to help with a somewhat silly little task. I need to change a lightbulb but can’t reach it on a stepladder. It also looks like the light fitting needs to be unscrewed to change the bulb (not sure what the bulb type is) but the screws look pretty rusty, so they might need to be replaced too.

Replace shower panels as per photo.

We have an existing small chimney and would like the install a false wall to make it appear wider (to be able to put a bed head in front of). On the second story of a terrace, with 2.6m or so high ceilings. Open to negotiation on cost and whether materials would be included or not.

They both do need two hooks though as no string or wire. Please see photos and I don’t have the hooks so have added extra $

It's a 4kg painting. Drill size is 6.5mm. The painting is already framed and ready to hang. I have the nylon anchor. It's just one painting. I will have more to hang. This will be a test case.

Wall mirror needs hanging in lounge but don’t have a drill.

Remove existing window winder and replace with a new one. Old window winder has stripped screws (see pictures) so you will need a dremel tool to remove the screws. I will supply the new window winder. You must have: - your own tools - a Dremel tool that can cut a notch in a screw head

Install day / night blinds in kids room. Not recessed. Brick wall (I think)

Mount framed artwork approx. 85cm x 60cm on double brick wall in kitchen . - Due date: Flexible

The door / front panel of our dishwasher has come loose - see photos attached. We need someone to reattached / secure the panel back to our dishwasher. The screws on the left of the door/panel remain intact and tight, however the right side is completely loose / has come away from the dishwasher. We also need someone to reaffix the bottom panel below the dishwasher - this will only require some filler/bonding. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 12 January 2024

New fridge just doesn’t fit in the cupboard we need it to fit in. I need an extra set of hands to help shift the fridge out of the cupboard, remove the door and hinges, then lift the fridge back in. I have a Phillips head screwdriver, ideally you could bring a power drill to make it easier. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 30 December 2023

Sliding doors in mirrored wardrobe need to be repaired. They’re still working but not smooth. The wheels/sliding mechanism seems to be damaged/bent. There are three doors in total, two of which are no longer smooth. Additional small task, repair balcony sliding door handle which is loose. - Due date: Flexible

Finish assembling outside shed, need roof and sliding door put on. - Due date: Flexible
