, I am looking for a qualified trade or professional handyman service to repair and paint a ceiling in a residential room measuring 5m x 9m located in Armadale. The job requires both plastering and painting skills, ideally completed by the same contractor to streamline the process. Scope of Work: 1. Plaster Repair: Supply and install a new section of plasterboard measuring 50cm x 300cm (1.5m²) in the ceiling.and possibly the adjoining cornice section This includes backing support, joint taping, mudding (3 coats/Level 4 finish), sealing/priming, and sanding flat. 2. Site Protection: The room will not be empty. You will need to group furniture in the centre, wrap/protect it with plastic sheets, and lay heavy-duty floor protection to manage plaster dust and paint drips. 3. Painting: Fully repaint the entire 5m x 9m ceiling (45m²) plus the surrounding cornices (approx. 28 linear metres). o Specs: Spot-prime the new plaster patch, followed by two (2) full topcoats of premium flat white ceiling paint across the whole ceiling and cornices. 2 x roller blinds that have got caught up and need the- alignment. One has come off its rolling base and needs re-fixing into place.

Wooden double door needs to be fixed to ensure it’s firmly closed. Door opens slightly with wind gusts and lets air in. Door has top and bottom bolts but they are not working properly and either need to be fixed or replaced. I’m flexible with times
