Supply and install a weatherproof powerpoint to the outside of a garage for EV charging that uses a charger maximum 12 Amp. There is an existing power point 3m away.

1) I need to run an ethernet cable from the modem to my home office. It's around 15m. This may involve drilling into wooden floors which is fine. 2) I need a solution to the tangled mess of cables and power points. I am thinking a quad socket outlet and a 3 port USB outlet. These would replace existing outlets so no new rewriring would be required. Any other solutions would be welcome and considered. Happy to move things around for the best solution. More details: -Dogs in the home but they can be corralled. Just note this if you have allergies. -Single-story home with narrow accessible crawl space under the house. -There is roof access if this is a better solution. -I have already purchased the desired 20m ethernet cable. -The brand I need is Clipsal Iconic. I understand I may need to wait for stock or can purchase myself in advance.

Seeking a plasterer to work for us on hourly rate @ $55 per hour. We need to get some patched plastered and put a small edge on the ceiling. Minimum 3 hours will be paid and if more work is there will pay accordingly.

3 small walls require plastering and waterproofing and tiling on the walls and floor for a small bathroom. Tiling area around 28 meter square including walls and floor. we will be using large size tiles.

Our porch has a crack because of settling. There is also a moulding that needs to be removed and some other small sections that need to be filled with render (due to a restructure from a recent renovation).
