The wooden handrail came off the wall and requires some plastering to reconnect it. The top join is loose and can't be screwed back in (loose, plaster is eroded). We unscrewed the other joins so it didn't rip off more plaster due to the weight of the railing. I'm not sure if it's screwed into wood behind the plaster for strength. - Due date: Flexible

I have an under staircase room that I'm wanting to improve. 1) crack in plaster in ceiling (16" ceiling) crack is 18" long 2) basement wall opened up to fix a pipe - repair plaster & and skirt (I have a replacment length) needs replacing where we cut it out. 3) 4" - mistake I meant to say 4 feet but it is more like 3 meters of water damage plaster just above skirting boards - paper lifted and some bubbling - repair
