I have 2 exisiting gutters on the frontage which are maybe 25+meters apart and the water is all falling into the corner of the porch area where the valley is and going back into the house, after heavy rain. The tv antenna has blown off the roof in the wind, I need it put back up and check for damage to roof tiles

Currently, two of my downpipes (right next to each other) are plumbing into the neighbouring unit's water tank, a metre away. The downpipes are overflowing with heavy rain due to the tank being constantly full. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to instead divert these two downpipes underground to the nearby storm water pit (less than a metre away) and cap off the existing connection to the water tank. I have written permission from the neighbouring unit's owner to divert the downpipes away from his tank.

The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

A small section of roof has come away, refer to picture. Requires re-securing/fixing as rain will get in. Think it came unstuck during recent storms. Check area for any other signs of any other damage or aged roof rivets. Please advise quotes, difficult to put in a budget amount (unknown).
