Hi - I need to have an Easy Shed built/installed. 3m x 1.5m x 2.1m million roof. Platform is already built - see photos. Will need you to supply tools. Can flex on day/time. Would like done asap though.

I have two small newly built shower/toilet rooms that need waterproofing to 1.8 metres. The showers drain directly without a shower base. So there needs to be a fall towards the drain. One room will be completely tiled to the ceiling. The other (with timber walls) just needs the floor and some wall tiling done, as I will make and install the other tiles. I need a professional for this job.

A few different types of filling and sealing gaps in our roof required, all to hopefully prevent rodent/possum entry. Firstly one corner where tiles meet, small amount of concrete filler required, them some expandable filler for other small gaps. All flashing needs to be stuck down and finally metal panels in roof above porch/front entry need to be fixed down. It's a 2 storey town house but all work is on the lower level. The place is only 4 years old, so not after flashing to be replaced, just fixed down. Not exactly sure how much this should cost so happy to discuss.
