Will need tiles cut in on valley as they are broken in and tiles near valley need to replace broken tiles Have silicone up those tiles for a temporary fix. At bottom of valley it’s sticking up in air and needs to be put under the tiles to let water flow again properly. Will also need to re-mortar valley. Right hand side of valley is rusted and needs to be replaced. Will need to address missing and broken tiles and re-mortar valley. House leaks at front entrance - valley on right needs to be addressed. Broken cut tiles along valley as well as full tiles near valley broken. Possible re-mortar required as well for valley. Ideally replace or clean tiles at front but to be discussed.

I need a licensed roof plumber to repair section of roof (tiles have moved). I think around 10 tiles or so. This is a 2 level house. Roof has a pitch. Access to the roof from 1st level extension.

Need gutter cleaning -3 bedroom house single story and free-standing plus 2 car carport. Fix small holes (3-4 in total) Clean up & remove debris.

Need to diagnose and fix water leak which most recently occurred with heavy rain a month or so ago, and was dripping from the ceiling below this dormer window/skyloght section. Issue has been ongoing for many years without anyone find and fixing properly. Note the skylights were installed a few years ago and the leak was present even before that, so while they may be contributing, water was also getting in prior. Need to flood test after rectification works.

Replace less than 2m length of gutter that is damaged/dented and internal corner that is rusted/leaking, directly above front door. And replace another rusted internal corner at back of garage. Will all be painted at a later date. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 13 December 2023
