Two kitchen mixer taps need to be fixed. 1. Downstairs - the tap has come loose and needs to be fixed 2. Upstairs - handle of mixer has come off and it’s loose when put back on.

Unsure exactly what will be needed, but pipe work under sink is leaking and will need fixing/replacement.

Pipe leaking below shower needs repair. When you turn shower on water runs out of the pipe below shower.

Licensed Plumber: - Remove current basin which has a hairline crack. Place on outside footpath and I will book council pickup. - Fit replacement hand basin to existing plumbing and vanity unit. - Seal the new basin around the two wall edges with suitable wet area sealant which you should provide please. - Leave the work area neat and tidy as there is an overzealous property agent looking for a reason not to give full bond back.
