1 balcony - is leaking in downstairs bedroom - need someone to retile recap and waterproof and refix the baulstrades and then 2 smaller balconies need the same similiar done

my kitchen sink drain is blocked and the water is draining very slowly. This happened about a year ago and was cleared at the time, but now it’s blocked again. Could you please come and fix it? Thanks

The gardener hit the waterpipe and there's a leak. Pls provide a quote to fix a leak in the front garden. The gardener accidentally hit the water pipe while using a whipper snipper, which caused the pipe to leak. The water is now running onto the pathways. I’ve attached some photos for your reference. toilet continues to leak water from cistern tank

Need plumbing hot/cold & drainage for a spa bath install. It was attempted by a handyman who stuffed it up! I've had a plumber out to disconnect the red pipes which where leaking.

The shower drain seems to be leaking water as the sealant around the drain have aged. We need waterproofing to be done for the drain and have the original drain cap put back with silicone sealant applied.
