In the first photo, the plastic holder/clamp that secures the pipe is broken. Because of this, the pipe is not properly fixed and supported. In the second photo, you can see how it should look when intact — the pipe is securely held in place by the plastic fitting. The broken plastic part needs to be repaired or replaced so that the pipe is fixed safely and correctly, the same way as shown in the second photo. Location is in the CBD next to Hyde park. Parking can be provided when needed.
