Remove old tap and replace with new tap (tap and hoses supplied).

We have had a leak start in our very old plumbing system under our sink. The system is very DIY (was completed prior to our tenancy), and is honestly a mess. There is an old cast iron pipe that has begun leaking - it's been suggested by a plumber that inspected that this would need to be cut at the section and replaced with PvC. There is also the need to repair leaks in other sections of the PvC piping under the sink and ensure that the hot water piping is correct as they indicated issues with this as well. The arrow on the first couple images points to where the leak is occuring.

Electric hot water heater (47L) constantly using ~1KW per hour even when not in use - property uninhabited. Switched HW fuse off at around 12:20am and 95% of energy use dropped. Unsure how old the unit is but maybe needs a service. Projected cost per year is $2.5-3k for a small 47L unit is unacceptable . Property is single level hot water supply only running to bathroom, kitchen/ laundry (all within 5 metres pipeline of each other)from outside kitchen window so likely some heat leak within that container area or just faulty unit. Don’t want to buy new unit just yet to see if old unit can be serviced / it is an issue with heat loss in the pipes (so new unit won’t solve.)

Sunbeam coffee machine has issues with leaks around the group head and not pouring espresso shots. Shots coming out with very little or no coffee, while parts around the group head and seal leak hot water. From my research it looks like the group head seal may need replacing.

Toilet overflow with water. May need the snake as paper could be stuck. Also installing a new cistern

Fix Toilet Seat at office space. Seat has snapped off, see pictures. Need to be fixed or new seat installed.

Our outdoor drain underneath one main gutter is blocked. It's covered by a grate so we can't seem to easily access.

Supply and fit new bathroom sink taps. Like for like will do.

We have a new fridge with integrated water filter but need it hooking up to the tap located above the fridge. It’s a quick 15 minute job but have decided to get a professional in instead of doing myself in case something goes wrong and I flood the kitchen!

I have a shower then is dripping. The hot water washer seems to be busted. I’d like both washers changed though. Sooner the better. Available from 5:15. Apartment is right at Central Station (Chalmers Street, Surry Hills side) with 30min parking spots. Price advised is labour but, will reimburse you for washers before the job starts if you give me the receipt. Thanks 🙂

Toilet to be taken away. It has been already removed from bathroom and needs to be collected (pan and cistern) In good condition and can be re used if need be
