Our outdoor drain underneath one main gutter is blocked. It's covered by a grate so we can't seem to easily access.

We have a new fridge with integrated water filter but need it hooking up to the tap located above the fridge. It’s a quick 15 minute job but have decided to get a professional in instead of doing myself in case something goes wrong and I flood the kitchen!

I have a shower then is dripping. The hot water washer seems to be busted. I’d like both washers changed though. Sooner the better. Available from 5:15. Apartment is right at Central Station (Chalmers Street, Surry Hills side) with 30min parking spots. Our instant hot water unit pilot light appears to not be holding and the unit is temperamental - it works when we turn the unit off and on again but will often go out mid shower. I need a plumber to take a look at the unit and fix or replace the unit. The job is probably best done on hourly plus consumable / new unit given the unknown of whether it can be fixed. - Due date: Before Saturday, 15 April 2023
