Leaked washing machine and floorboards are wet

Open tap… it gets to around half way.. and begins to splutter and make a chugging sound, with the water coming out in bursts. I’ve been told this is due to a bouncing washer

Old house with old pipes and bathroom sink is blocked.Have been told prior that it will need a plumbing snake to unblock.

My kitchen sink is made of a large piece of resin, it has two basins. In each basin there is a solidly cracked line all around the base of the basin. Looking for someone to repair the cracks as it currently leaks. Thanks

Need gas pipe relocated. We are getting a new kitchen and the existing gas pipe is slightly in the wrong location. We need the existing bend removed, pipe to run along the wall 30cm and then pop out again. Reusing all existing fittings so just a new piece of pipe required. Diagram in photos. shower constantly dripping i have all the washers and tools to fix just need someone to install

Loose tap under sink seems to be causing dripping, as shown in the photo, not sure how to fix it.

Both toilets are constantly releasing slow amount of water into bowl. Have been told the valve seal needs replacement.

First tap has displaced from it's place. Need to fix. Second tap's water spraying outside the sink. Quick fix. Second toilet cistern is dripping. Fix it. Hot water is too hot, please adjust the temperature.

Removal of existing bathroom vanity/basin and mixer tap and instal new wall hung vanity/basin and mixer tap. New vanity may need minor work to fit existing floor waste. May need brackets for new wall hung vanity.

The grout/seal on my shower drain surrounding the tiles has eroded and needs to be re-done. Would also love if you could tighten the toilet seat at the same time! 😊
