Hi there, I’m looking for a qualified handyman or appliance installer to remove an existing washing machine and install a new Miele W1 washing machine. The job includes: - Disconnecting and safely removing the current washing machine - Moving it out of the laundry area (assistance available if needed) - Installing and levelling the new Miele W1 unit - Connecting water inlet, drain hose, and power - Running a quick test cycle to confirm everything is working correctly - Ensuring no leaks and proper operation Details: Location: St Kilda East Access: Easy access to laundry Parking: Available Old machine: Standard front-loader (to be removed) Looking for someone experienced with appliance installation, ideally familiar with European machines like Miele. The deck boards will likely need to be carefully lifted (one or two planks) to access the pipe. Please take care to minimise damage to the deck and refix any boards removed. - Leaking gutter – A gutter joint/section is leaking and needs to be repaired or resealed (see photo). - Loose vertical pipe – A vertical pipe has come away from the wall/bracket and needs to be reattached and secured (see photo).

I need a plumber and I need to be clear on this. Not a handyman. A plumber. I had someone claiming to be a plumber to stop dripping shower who replaced the washers but only fixed the problem for about 2 weeks and the problem is gotten gradually worse again. Hence I'm now down over $100 by someone on here who blamed the pipes. Can a plumber assist please.

I need to get my shower filter installed

I need a licensed plumber to remove my current freestanding gas cooktop/stove oven and install the new one I have purchased. Both are 60cm wide. The current one is all gas and the new one is dual (I'm aware I will need an electrician) Have uploaded a photo of the current one a the new one I have purchased. Need Plumber to cap off hot and cold water taps and move pipes in the wall down for new taps to be installed. Install mixer tap and laundry sink

Both hot and cold taps in kitchen and shower need replacing.

My toilet seat keeps sliding around and even comes off. It has already been tightened once but it didn't change anything, was still sliding that same day. Needs to either be fixed or replaced but would like someone with knowledge to figure out which and do it.
