The shower taps in both bathrooms are hard to close. Many times I wake up in the middle of the night with the sound of the dripping water.

I have installed a new toilet and there seems to be a blockage in the drain which is not allowing water in the toilet to be discharged properly. The same drain has was machine drain and whenever the water is released by the machine there is a bubbling noise in the toilet.

The water dispenser on my fridge is very slow releasing the water. I'm assuming it has something to do with the filter but I can't get it off. I've tried googling and couldn't find anything and I don't want to force it too much that it breaks. Need a technician to come have a look

Need garden tap move just around the corner against the house. The pipe is easily accessible under the house, man hole is just next to it. Tap itself needs to be replaced.

Laundry tap from the wall is leaking. Normal type taps with hot and cold water seperately. It is for hot water but you might as well change both. Fix them using quality materials like brass valve for eg. Must be soft closing. Also if you can use white bathroom silicon along the top edge of the normal size laundry sink would be appreciated too. Sorry cant get pics as have issues with my phone.
