Bath tub is overflowing I have two little ones who can't shower

Existing mixer kitchen tap has a slow leak at base and needs to be replaced. I have purchased a brand new replacement tap (with associated hoses and fitting parts as pictured) so just need the existing tap to be replaced with the new one (labour service only).

Have two sink drains blocked & need them fixed. Tried to unblock myself with bicarb, vinegar & hot water - after numerous attempts unsuccessful.

hot water tap under kitchen sink leaks when turned to on position. Also, hot water only runs if I'm running hot water through bathroom first. I had to disconnect the dishwasher as it doesn't run without the hot water flow - if we can't get the hot water issue fixed, I'll take the dishwasher out completely and will need your help in capping the outlet (pictured)
