My home garden watering system is not functioning correctly. I would like it checked and recommendations provided to have it functioning well again. The water supply connector behind the toilet at home is leaking a little. I bought a water connector from Bunnings, but after installing it, it’s still leaking a bit. It might be an issue with how I installed it, so I need someone to help install it. It could also be the problem with the connector I bought—if there’s a more suitable, you could also bring it over and install it.

Help needed to purchase a new toilet seat and then install the new seat. I have no handyman skills and need some help. I will pay for the toilet seat

When someone flushes the toilet, a bit of water leaks from the base. I’ve cleaned and dried the area, but it would be best for a plumber to take a look and fix it properly. I’ve placed a small towel around the base in the meantime to keep it dry. Also, if possible, could the plumber check the metal bar connected to the shower glass? It seems a little delicate, so it would be great to make sure it’s secure without damaging it. Please note too much pressure on the bolts may cause the glass to shatter, so the screw should only be tightened just enough to stop the wobble. Air BNB has a lock box the code will be given once the job has been confirmed, Please make sure you take off your shoes before going inside and clear up any mess ready for the next guest. Current toilet seat is peeling and I would like a new one provided and replaced

Washers in shower have been replace numerous times and seat has also been replaced and it’s still dripping.

Toilet has been making running noises for about a week. Small pool of water under tap at the wall to turn off water.
