I’m looking for a licensed plumber to supply and install a water tap/connection for a plumbed fridge. Replace toilet bowl and install Japanese-style bidet.

The current guests have reported that the hot water is not working. I need someone with experience in outdoor apartment gas hot water systems to attend and see what the issue might be. In the past, it’s just been a matter of switching the safety switch back on, but I need this sorted as soon as possible to keep the guests comfortable. Please let me know your earliest availability. When someone flushes the toilet, a bit of water leaks from the base. I’ve cleaned and dried the area, but it would be best for a plumber to take a look and fix it properly. I’ve placed a small towel around the base in the meantime to keep it dry. Also, if possible, could the plumber check the metal bar connected to the shower glass? It seems a little delicate, so it would be great to make sure it’s secure without damaging it. Please note too much pressure on the bolts may cause the glass to shatter, so the screw should only be tightened just enough to stop the wobble. Blocked toilet needs to be unblocked

Pergola is filling with water and ruining plaster , we believe it may be due to one of the storm pipe drains being blocked and needing to be flushed out so that water can flow down

I need a registered plumber with a pipe camera to inspect the pipes under my house and provide a report for council. I suspect tree root damage and need evidence . Must be able to provide report on letterhead .

A small hole needs patching up on roof in bathroom. The heavy rain recently broke it. Also to fix the leak in our shower.

Hi, We have a leaky toilet. The fill valve doesn't seem to fully stop and slowly keeps flowing triggering our rain water tank pump to go off every few minutes. Plus I think there's a small leak into the toilet bowl as well. It's not an old toilet, approximately 2 years old, if it helps.

The garden tap broke off. See photos. We had the copper pipe in the ground blocked as per photos attached. We will supply the tap. Need a plumber to fit upright copper pipe and tap (Supplied). Also need to errect upstand in concrete to secure the tap. - Due date: Flexible

Blocked toilet due to roots. Requires worm. Occurs every 12 months or so. The laundry tap requires new washers. The cold water tap drips steadily when being used. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 26 May 2023

On 4 February 2023, I will be having a water dispensing fridge delivered to my apartment. I need someone to come and prepare the relevant plumbing so that when the fridge arrives it can be properly connected to the water system and installed. The fridge cavity is separated from the plumbing under the sink by a slim wooden board, so a drill will be necessary to make a hole in the wooden board to enable the plumbing to pass through from the pipes under the sink to the fridge. - Due date: Before Saturday, 4 February 2023
