Need a cracked toilet seat replaced

I have one small chip on the bath that needs fixing. The bath was re-lined recently so it is just this one small chip.

Replace toilet bowl and install Japanese-style bidet.

The current guests have reported that the hot water is not working. I need someone with experience in outdoor apartment gas hot water systems to attend and see what the issue might be. In the past, it’s just been a matter of switching the safety switch back on, but I need this sorted as soon as possible to keep the guests comfortable. Please let me know your earliest availability. Help needed to purchase a new toilet seat and then install the new seat. I have no handyman skills and need some help. I will pay for the toilet seat

When someone flushes the toilet, a bit of water leaks from the base. I’ve cleaned and dried the area, but it would be best for a plumber to take a look and fix it properly. I’ve placed a small towel around the base in the meantime to keep it dry. Also, if possible, could the plumber check the metal bar connected to the shower glass? It seems a little delicate, so it would be great to make sure it’s secure without damaging it. Please note too much pressure on the bolts may cause the glass to shatter, so the screw should only be tightened just enough to stop the wobble. Current toilet seat is peeling and I would like a new one provided and replaced

Washers in shower have been replace numerous times and seat has also been replaced and it’s still dripping.

Toilet has been making running noises for about a week. Small pool of water under tap at the wall to turn off water.

The current bathroom has a basin connected and working. It has a shower not working, the old one has to be taken out and new one needs to be installed. No hot water right now, I will buy a hot water system and it hast to be connected as well. The bathroom doesn't have a toilet and I'd like to get one installed. It has to be re-tiled, sealed etc... I will get all the materials, toilet, basin, shower, taps, hot water unit, what I'm looking for is just the labour support. Also sharing the dimensions, draft plans and photos of the bathroom. New fridge and house doesn’t have water connection to where fridge is. Need someone to connect it via source at sink nearby. Probably need some sort of pipe to connect it so would need to tell me what I need to get in advance.
