Remove original kitchen mixer install new sink mixer to replace old mixer

I have an easy install bidet (comes with the 2 way valve as well) that can be attached to the toilet but I am unable to do so cause I think the toilet model is a little older and might need some tools to work around with, would be good to have a professional look at it!

Remove Chrome Bidet Spray in toilet and Reinstall Original Shower Head in bathroom. Will pay an additional $60 to reinstall shower head in new house.

We have a bidet/ spray from Bunnings installed to our toilet and it is leaking so it will need to possibly be tightened or looked at to reinstall it so it is no longer leaking.

Jet blast blocked drain. Picture attatched

The toilet has started doing a little glug glug and suspect we have a small blockage - want to get someone in the jet blast the drain.

Hi need help with sink drain been blocked. We have 2 sinks and water drainage is super slow one is completely blocked. One tap is bit leaky. Location is Marrickville its a shop so need it done as soon as possible. Today in evening in night would be ideal. Otherwise can schedule time tomorrow.
