Two sinks in en-suite bathroom, one is cracked beyond repair, unable to source like for like replacement therefore will need to replace both sinks so they match. Underbench type so can be knocked out and replaced without taking out the vanity stone.

Hi, we need some very minor plumbing maintenance done. A copper fitting joining the water heater to the house is leaking - it’s the copper Tee joint that is leaking at the crimp area. Might need soldering / re-crimping. Easy access to get to the fitting. Should only take a few mins. The side board can be cut / removed to get access - the house is being demolished shortly as we are doing a rebuild so i don’t mind the side board being cut / removed to get access. Hoping to get it done asap as it’s leaking at the moment and to use the hot water we have to turn it off and on at the tap.
