There is a potential water leaking issue in the bathroom. We noticed separation at the tile and floorboard transition and expansion/water damage at the base of the door frame. The water looks like it is going under the tile but not sure where the leak is coming from. Water has recently started coming out of the shower base which is tiled as well a few mins after we shower. Please provide a scope of works and how you will diagnose the problem and your experience with something like this. Many thanks.

Replace leaking copper t connector. Easily accessible and connection already dug out. Shouldn’t take long to fix at all. Happy to pay cash

Hi guys, Need a plumber or someone experienced to help me put some kind of kitchen tap extender on the tap. It's a Phoenix Vivid Slimline tap but I can't seem to find an extender to put on it. The water splashes too much when it comes down from the tap onto the sink - I think the diameter of the tap is '19MM' as stated on the Phoenix site, I've bought two kitchen tap extenders but they don't fit at all - Pretty sure those were 22mm-24mm
