Find an experienced plumber in Hillsdale

I have one of those basic laundry tubs in my outdoor laundry. I need to replace it with a smaller one. I don’t think any of the plumbing needs to be moved. I have attached a photo as to what I need put in. Just a cheap thinner one that is longer rather than wider to fit my washer in next to it as it’s about 4cm to tight to get my washer in.

I’m looking for an experienced plumber or bathroom professional to assess and improve the finish around an existing toilet. A new toilet was installed a few months ago due to a leak. I was advised by the plumber that a new toilet was needed and what toilet to get. He has secured the toilet to the wall using a large amount of silicone, which now looks more like a patch-up than a properly finished installation. While the toilet is currently functional, the appearance is messy and not what I was hoping for from a new installation. I had hoped this would be a small upgrade that improved the look of my bathroom, but at the moment it’s disappointing to see every day.

I'd like my shower unit resealed.
