Hi. I have a 3000 L plastic water tank that I need removed.  The only access to the water tank is through a small door way so I imagine the tank will need to be dismantled.

2x showers need silicon replaced: Shower 1 - 2x 80cm, 2x 30cm Shower 2 - 1x 120cm, 1x 90cm, 3x 30cm Plus grouting needs a little touching up in some spots.. not a huge amount. Open to offers / questions etc. Thanks!

I have 2 plumbing issues: 1. Our wall mounted bathroom taps are leaking. They are quarter turn taps. I believe they need a 1/2-inch ceramic disc cartridge (but I am not 100% sure if this). Please refer to photos. 2. Our toilet is very slow to fill after flushing. It is an in wall cistern but I’m not sure if the brand or model. I have popped off the flush button cover and I can see one of the inlet pipe joins are leaking. Again photos attached.

Our kitchen tap mixer is dripping, it seems the cartridge is broken. We think it might be better to replace the whole tap rather than just fixing the cartridge, but we’re open to your advice.
