I have 2 plumbing issues: 1. Our wall mounted bathroom taps are leaking. They are quarter turn taps. I believe they need a 1/2-inch ceramic disc cartridge (but I am not 100% sure if this). Please refer to photos. 2. Our toilet is very slow to fill after flushing. It is an in wall cistern but I’m not sure if the brand or model. I have popped off the flush button cover and I can see one of the inlet pipe joins are leaking. Again photos attached.

I require a plumber to unblock the s-bend in the laundry. This pipework takes inflow from the washing machine and the laundry sink. The washing machine continues to display a drainage error despite having used draino cleaner in the sink.
