I've just moved into new apartment and a couple of the taps are leaking and need new washers. Might as well do them all at once! There are three mixer taps (1x kitchen, 2x bathroom) and four normal ones in the laundry. The washing machine is connected, but it's leaking a lot - would need you to check to see what the problem is (hopefully just needs a new washer too) and fix it. You'll need to provide all supplies etc. Only after licensed plumbers, please! Would be great to get it done tomorrow (Sunday), but I'll also be home all day Monday if that works better.

Hi there, I need a roof plumber to tackle the following 2 issues: 1. Leaking eaves - Gutter has been cleaned, the leaking problem has been significantly improved but not completly resolved. The leaking seems to happen at the specific point. I might need professional inspection to identify the source of the problem and hopefully repair it. 2.Leaking sound on the roof - A solar hot water system is installed on the roof. The leaking sound can be heard in the day, especially so in a sunny afternoon. I suspect it's the dripping water from the pressure relief valve but no trace of water can be seen on the roof. The valve might be placed under the colorbond. I would like to double check if the reliefed water caused any problem on the roof and hopefully get rid of the dripping sound (installing a pipe or replacing the valve). Hi there, Looking for a tasker today between now and 9 or 10pm. Our fridge (side by side freezer and fridge) freezes things/is too cold. Wanting someone to come and check what's wrong - thermistor, etc. The dishwasher fills up but won't drain - there may be a missing part, I'm not sure, or something to do with hose / garbage disposal etc. Several faucets are a bit wobbly, one sink drain is loose/leaking (a silly previous repair done with silicone has failed), a toilet is quite slow to fill/weak flush, and ceiling fans quite loud/one has rusted. Interested for someone to come and diagnose / tell me how to fix, or quote for fixing. I have been trying to figure it all out but would appreciate the assistance and efficiency of someone who knows what they are doing! There is also some failed silicone caulking around I'd appreciate advice on, and I think the bearings are going in our washing machine. Not sure if it is at the point of a broken spider.
