Hi, I am investigating options to renovate my small bathroom. Haven’t decided if I will do a basic remodel or major renovation. Need to keep costs low so will likely keep it simple. I will definitely need to remove and replace the vanity, mirror and toilet. Need new taps and shower fittings- the shower is very low - likely need this to be raised higher. Remove accessibility handles and replace wall and floor tiling. Cost dependent on whether I replace the bath. At the early stages of investigating quotes and options now to decide what is viable.

We had a burst hose which connects to a mixer tap and as such need to replace the tap. The vanity is damaged and so we are going to replace that too. We have the tap, and vanity, sink including waste etc. THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. We cannot isolate via the mini taps so we have no water!

A tree has grown over the irrigation pipe and choked it. I need a report (paid for) as to whether it is economically reasonable to fix.

After a flush, the water runs for a bit and we usually can fix it with a gentle flush. Today it continues to run so I need somebody to look at it. This is possibly a very simple fix.
