We have purchased a new asko fitted dishwasher (as old one broke). Need old dishwasher removed and new one fitted (and levelled) below the kitchen benchtop. Old dishwasher may need acessing via removing (then replacing) back kitchen panel (which will need to be recorked if removed) to reduce the height of the rear foot on the dishwasher (as I wasn't able to just remove the dishwasher as expected ) Other work required: Once dishwasher is fitted - reapply the kick board, and re-cork around kitchen panels.

Hi, I need a plumber/handyman to fix a water leak in my rental property bathroom. The issue is as follows: - Water is leaking through the sealing around the showerhead faucets and tap into the wall behind. - Water may also be leaking through the sealing of the bathtub. This leak is causing water to cascade downstairs and is draining into the downstairs toilet. Tasks Include: Need someone to seal the faucets, tap, bathtub and or anything else thats causing the water to leak to the floor underneath when someone is taking a shower.

External garage Tin roof is rusted and has a slight dip where water is ponding and leaking. Needing a plumber to replace and fix leaks. Flashing also needs to be installed around the parapet wall
