Hi, I need a plumber/handyman to fix a water leak in my rental property bathroom. The issue is as follows: - Water is leaking through the sealing around the showerhead faucets and tap into the wall behind. - Water may also be leaking through the sealing of the bathtub. This leak is causing water to cascade downstairs and is draining into the downstairs toilet. Tasks Include: Need someone to seal the faucets, tap, bathtub and or anything else thats causing the water to leak to the floor underneath when someone is taking a shower.

External garage Tin roof is rusted and has a slight dip where water is ponding and leaking. Needing a plumber to replace and fix leaks. Flashing also needs to be installed around the parapet wall

Remove old toilet seat. Install a presenza QTA 032 smart bidet toilet seat. The power point is within 1.5m. so I don't think that I need electrical job just need a registered plumber to help me set up.
