Hi need down pipe replaced on side of house

Need help to remove an old hot water tank from inside my ceiling. It has already been disconnected - needs to be cut up in roof cavity in order to come down. Too heavy to come down in one piece.

Need to replace the spout and levels with the provided new ones (see pictures)

Remove existing hot and cold water supply back to where copper is suitable to adapt. Underneath the house (good access) run new hot and cold water supply line into kitchen cabinet. Reconnect mixer, dishwasher, appliances. Install laged elbows mini stops and tritec valve for dishwasher

We have purchased a new asko fitted dishwasher (as old one broke). Need old dishwasher removed and new one fitted (and levelled) below the kitchen benchtop. Old dishwasher may need acessing via removing (then replacing) back kitchen panel (which will need to be recorked if removed) to reduce the height of the rear foot on the dishwasher (as I wasn't able to just remove the dishwasher as expected ) Other work required: Once dishwasher is fitted - reapply the kick board, and re-cork around kitchen panels.

Hot water not coming in the house. Rheem hot water heater obviously working as the pipes delivering hot water to house are hot.

Water from my bathroom is making the wall in my builtin wardrobe wet and a mould start developing on the surface. This may be due to water from the shower getting through the grout or something else I need a specialist (plumber, experience handyman) to assess the situation before working on it. Photos are coming soon. Also, I've set the price at a low $100 because I have no idea how much this will cost.
