Need a licensed plumber to repair a broken water pipe right next to the water meter. I’ve turned off the main valve.

I need a licensed plumber (or experienced handyman) to remove my existing bathroom tap and shower set, and replace them with new brass fittings (pictured). I need a faucet in the bathroom too Scope of work: • Remove current bathroom basin tap and install the new brass basin mixer. • Remove current shower set and install the new brass handheld shower with rail. • Install a small tub faucet. • Ensure everything is securely fitted and sealed with no leaks. • Test to confirm proper water flow and pressure. Pipe is broken in the backyard of my house. We have isolated the valve so there’s no leak right now. I think it used to be part of a sprinkler system that snapped.

Leaking tap in the bathroom needs fixing. I’ve replaced the valve but still leaking. Possibly the tap seat needs reseating.

The tenants in my rental unit are saying that the hot water in the shower doesn’t work well and fluctuates between hot and cold, and the issue is worse especially after 11pm. There are no issues at the other taps like kitchen sink and the hot water works fine there. I have an instantaneous gas powered water heater so not sure what the issue is

Bosch dishwasher displayed an E15 error. Cleared blockage. Water remains under pan. Needs to be removed from Built In position, pan emptied, and reset back into position - professionally.
