We are needing a plumber to come help connect plumbing in laundry sink the sink will need to be removed to get behind and put back in once new plumbing parts are connected laundry sink was leaking we’ve purchased all new parts from Reece plumbing. We’ve a new kitchen tap to install and a bathroom tap that needs to be taken off and turned the right way up as it’s been placed upside down by previous owners. We are moving in this weekend so would love to have this done as soon as possible we’ve had two plumbers call and give us a time & not show. Message about pricing if have a quote

Replace kitchen mixer tap and install sparkling unit in undersink cabinet. May need to move around sink pipes to make room for unit.

Plumber - need to change hose that was accidentally drilled around 1 meter PEX 16mm , I have installed ball ball valve to stop the water until fixed also need the drain ( see photo) change for the length of the photo as have hole in the lower part Need to go under house, small space in order to change hose

Leaking tap in the bathroom needs fixing. I’ve replaced the valve but still leaking. Possibly the tap seat needs reseating.

The tenants in my rental unit are saying that the hot water in the shower doesn’t work well and fluctuates between hot and cold, and the issue is worse especially after 11pm. There are no issues at the other taps like kitchen sink and the hot water works fine there. I have an instantaneous gas powered water heater so not sure what the issue is

My toilet can’t flush water not going down and stuck

We have a water tank that we’re getting rid of that is currently connected to the toilets and irrigation system. Just need a plumber to disconnect the tank and allow all the water to run through the mains. There is also a solenoid as seen along the fence in the first pic for the irrigation system to be buried. There is a pit nearby (pic 2). Area will be grassed over after so can dig whatever is needed and the timber cladding will also have been removed prior

Bosch dishwasher displayed an E15 error. Cleared blockage. Water remains under pan. Needs to be removed from Built In position, pan emptied, and reset back into position - professionally.

Replace washers on these two taps.
