Shower is leaking. Tiles (travertine) on floor of shower are cracked and broken. Tiles need to be lifted and area needs waterproofing and re-tiling with same or similar tiles and re-grouted. A few tiles outside of shower are broken as well and need replacing on the bathroom floor. Also some broken tiles in kitchen need replacing and second shower needs floor re- grouted. Happy for you to come and view before quoting if required.

My shower and vanity are plumbed backwards i.e. turn to 'hot' and get cold water and vice-versa. I have identified the cause and accessed the pipes from the wall behind the shower and also checked the hot and cold routing as per photos but want a licensed plumber to carry out the work. In the main photo, the lower T Pieces feed off to the right for vanity and continue upwards for shower. Left pipe is hot and right pipe is cold. My thought is it simply needs cutting below the T pieces and connecting left pipe to the right T piece and also right pipe to the left T piece. This would solve both shower and vanity issues. Hopefully it is just a couple of connectors, maybe new T-pieces and some small amount of 16mm pipe. In and out. I don't need you to re-plaster, just re-route the pipes and issue a certificate or appropriate guarantee of works. The pipes and fitting are Auspex 16mm so I would prefer to use Auspex and a licensed plumber. If you aren't a licensed plumber, please don't bother responding as I could do it myself if I wanted to and risk water damage later on.

Remove and replace 2 x toilet seats. I have purchased the product.
