Our townhouse appears to have a blocked main drain. Multiple sinks and the toilet are draining slowly. When high water usage occurs, such as running the shower or using the washing machine, we notice an overflow of water and toilet paper from the external overflow drain located outside. Thank you

I need qualified plumber to plumb in a new kitchen sink, plus insert a basic tap into the cold water feed so we can attach a hose pipe. Both areas have easy access and plenty of space to work. Maybe a half day's work. 1st pic is where the sink will go and 2nd pic where the basic tap will go.

Ensuite and upstairs bathroom sink pipes are blocked. Water not draining well.
