My toilet seat keeps sliding around and even comes off. It has already been tightened once but it didn't change anything, was still sliding that same day. Needs to either be fixed or replaced but would like someone with knowledge to figure out which and do it.

My couch leg snapped off. It seems like the wooden frame splintered in the middle of the two legs. I am disabled and cannot lift the couch to get photos underneath but I have pictures of the piece that broke and the couch.

There is an existing concrete base but it appears to not be level. (Water run off?) Just after a quote to install the 2 sheds and if you can help with levelling the base if that is required? One of the drawers in my child’s dresser has come off its runner and won’t slide back in properly. It looks like there might be some minor damage to the track or the drawer itself. Will need drill.

Hi there, Looking for a handyman or plasterer to repair a damaged pillar corner in my rental property’s parking area. My sister accidentally scraped it with the car while parking. The render/plaster has come off in one spot and exposed the metal edging (see photo).
