Need a new ceiling manhole/access hatch installed approximately 300–600 mm from the existing one. Existing opening will be covered by a new cupboard so only the new access hatch needs to be installed. Please supply a standard manhole frame and door and leave the area neat. New manhole will need to be the same dimensions as existing to fit between the roof truss’

We have a walk-in shower (frameless glass, single fixed panel, floor-level drain, photo attached) at our property. The shower doesn't have a full enclosure, so water regularly escapes past the open edge of the glass and spills onto the bathroom floor. Looking for a professional tradesperson to assess and recommend/install a fix, options might include a hinged glass panel or door to properly close off the open side, a second fixed panel to extend the screen, or another solution that better contains the water within the shower area. Need an experienced sign installer to remove old signage and install new vinyl on 2 existing shop signs at a massage shop in St Kilda. Sign 1: Approximately 2900mm x 500mm Sign 2: Approximately 2000mm x 400mm New vinyl graphics are already supplied. Existing sign structures remain in place. Old signage needs to be removed and new vinyl applied professionally. Working height approximately 3–4 metres. Installer must bring ladder and required tools. I have a 2.25x2.25m Easyshed being delivered on 18/06. Hoping to get it assembled same day :) it is scheduled for delivery between 9:55-10:55am. The shed will be undercover in my flat carport (shed height 2.05m, carport 2.4m). Needs to be secured to the concrete (items supplied). I am heavily pregnant so of minimal assistance except for holding up panels or handing you screws, etc. Onsite parking available.
