The house is made of Hebel so I imagine it’s just a matter of ensuring the awning brackets are secured to the door/window framing. Thanks!

10 x new window winders to be installed in old windows. Some have existing window winders that need replacing, others have hooks that need removing before installing. Some will need a little bit of sanding back before installing the new fittings (depending on the paint marks or hooks that are removed). Decent attention to detail needed as these are being fitted before fly screens are built.

My front pedestrian swing gate is not closing properly. It scrapes with the frame from about halfway to the top. It is very heavy and I don’t know if the hinges or frame can be adjusted. It is an inner metal frame with horizontal wood slats on both sides.

A window of about 25 x 15cm needs replacing

I have two IKEA Pax wardrobes as pictured (one for each bedroom).The task is to just secure the frames (you don’t have to assemble the drawers etc), attach the doors, and to fasten them to the wall (please supply any required anchors or bolts). The wall is rendered brick. Each frame MUST be fastened to the wall to prevent tipping. I have a toddler who likes to climb and I don’t want to risk it tipping over. Ideally this Sunday before 12 or after 2 - my toddler naps at noon for 2 hours so no work then please :) Please make me an offer for the frame assembly, door attachment, and fastening to the wall with anchors you supply. Looking for repair or replacement of chain window winder. Currently window is not opening when winder is turned. Able to pay for parts if replacement is required.

Assemble a garden shed (that I've purchased from Bunnings) on a pre-existing concrete slab in our backyard, picture of location and shed type attached. Dimensions = 2.3 x 3.0 x 2.3m Front Gable Single Sliding Door Shed. Task instructions: 1) Review shed MODEL: 30302GK instructions on the Absco sheds website. 2) Bring a power drill for tightening screws, eye protection, hammer and philips head screw driver. (I will provide a 2 meter ladder) 3) Assemble shed, I work next door so can come and help hold bits at key moments if required. 4) Clean up shed package materials into our recycling bin (There is a place to safely park your vehicle and you are welcome to use the church toilets (next to our house) during the job.) We have guinea pigs in the back yard, so no dogs please, sorry.

I’ve had a gas heater removed that has left a hole on the outside of my wall. Needs to be patched up and rendered as close to surrounding wall as possible.
