We're looking to install a small storage shed behind our garden studio, ideally around 1.2m long × 800mm wide × 2m high. Given the restricted space and existing concrete slab, we'd prefer an experienced installer to inspect the area, take measurements and recommend a suitable shed before we purchase anything. Ideally, we'd like an off-the-shelf product from Bunnings or a similar supplier. Could you please confirm whether you can: Inspect and measure the available space. Recommend a suitable shed, including brand, model and purchase price. Confirm it can be securely installed on the existing concrete slab. Check that it won't interfere with the nearby air-conditioning unit. Provide a fixed-price quote for assembly and installation. We'll purchase the shed once we've agreed on the correct model. Installation of a 3x4m shade sail. However this could end up being a triangle shade sail if that is recommended. There are several anchor points around the backyard however there is a possibility of installing a post if that is required. See several photos of the backyard, as well as an aerial shot: The Orange lines are brick walls. The Orange circle is the tree. The yellow circle is the possible location for a new post. There are plans to install a open pergola so there will be a post in that location at some point in the future. If required for the shade we may be able to install a new post there. The intention is that this will be removable to be packed away during winter and will remain erected only for the summer months. Looking at 50-70% shade cloth. This job includes advice and recommendations on where to install the anchor points, installation of anchor points and the shade sail suitably attached. This would require an initial meeting on site, measurements to be taken and a suitable shade cloth material selected.

We’ve recently moved apartments and have unfortunately had some difficulty connecting our washing machine to the water tap. We’ve been advised that seal tape is required and have purchased this from Bunnings (please see attached photo). The cold water tap is now connected, but there appears to be a leak, so we’d appreciate some assistance resolving this. We also need help hanging three medium-sized picture frames on the wall. Our sliding door needs a slider attached on the bottom, the door itself might need to be replaced, can assess that when you’re here. I think the top roller might be damaged, but might just need to be put back on the slider and have a bottom one added. With the bin, same story pretty much it’s come off the slider. It’s leaning out instead of sliding out, and the whole thing can fall out. It’s been repaired before, but a cleaner has broken it.

I have a 2.25x2.25m Easyshed being delivered on 18/06. Hoping to get it assembled same day :) it is scheduled for delivery between 9:55-10:55am. The shed will be undercover in my flat carport (shed height 2.05m, carport 2.4m). Needs to be secured to the concrete (items supplied). I am heavily pregnant so of minimal assistance except for holding up panels or handing you screws, etc. Onsite parking available.
