Install and screw in a plate to fix a cupboard door hinge that has pulled out, install a sliding lock on a ceiling manhole, install a bathroom lock. Own screwdriver and own screws required, plate (not sure if right size?) and 2 locks and wood putty’s provided. Plus re/glue a handle on a laminated chipboard kitchen drawer. Note: Update includes pictures

2 x blinds installation (1500mm for the kitchen) (3000mm dual blind for the living) 1 x room for curtain bracket installation. (3 x brackets, rods to be cut) Drilling into brick. Masonry bits required.

Mesh door not closing correctly Bottom hinge is off the frame Upper middle and lower hinges are mishaped Issue occurred from door being over extended and bent the hinges. Door does close by lifting up and pulling in Bottom hinge needs screwed in. Tried to put a screw in but seems there's nothing for it to grab into. Originally was pop rivets. Seems metal in the cavity May need to tighten other hinges

The chain to the holland blind I have has broken. I have bought the Chain Joiner and Chain Stopper to connect the broken chain but cannot re-insert the chain back into the blind mechanism on the right hand side of the blind. I cannot also work out how to remove the blind.

I need my blind battery pack reset. Or if not possible for it to be taken down and swapped with one from another room. I need two screws drilled into tiled wall to align with range hood hanging points for installation.

2 blinds need repairing. One is uneven and the cord has come loose. One is detached and the cord is stuck.

I would like the fly screens on two sliding doors replaced. I’m hoping for fly screen that is sturdy but not too dark so that it still lets plenty of light in. It’s two fly screens that are approx 220 cm x 125 cm.

Thinking of getting a carpenter or tradesperson to build something bespoke to help stop noise travelling through an airgap between apartments via the hollow aluminum window frames (spandrel wall). Obvious option is for secondary glazing to sit behind existing window, however I was thinking of some type of casing / shell / trims to be made to go over the existing aluminum frame, with a mass loaded vinyl underneath, as combined this should dampen the sound. This would be required on 1 x large (3 pane window) and 3 x smaller windows. Also, open to suggestions for alternative methods.

Install 4 blind anchors on window frames in bedrooms. I have a drill and the anchors. Need someone who knows how to use the drill and install. Quick and easy handyman job. Ideally complete Monday 29th in Balaclava.

My toilet seat keeps sliding around and even comes off. It has already been tightened once but it didn't change anything, was still sliding that same day. Needs to either be fixed or replaced but would like someone with knowledge to figure out which and do it.

There is an existing concrete base but it appears to not be level. (Water run off?) Just after a quote to install the 2 sheds and if you can help with levelling the base if that is required? One of the drawers in my child’s dresser has come off its runner and won’t slide back in properly. It looks like there might be some minor damage to the track or the drawer itself. Will need drill.
