We need help with 3 things: 1) Replace x1 window exhaust fan (we have bought the new fan) 2) Fix x1 door (problem: it doesn't fully close) 3) Install blinds in x1 window (we have also purchased these) See attached images for reference, please feel free to ask any question.

I’m looking for an experienced handyperson/carpenter to assess and repair my apartment’s front entry door. It’s on the 3rd-level and the door opens onto an internal shared stairwell. It has become difficult to open and close over time. The latch aligns correctly and engages without issue, and the hinges do not appear to have dropped. The problem seems more likely to be related to building movement and/or swelling of the door causing it to scrape against the frame. I’m looking for someone who can: •Diagnose the cause of the issue •Adjust the door and/or hardware as required •Plane, sand, or otherwise modify the door if necessary to restore smooth operation •Seal and touch up any sanded or planed areas so that no bare timber is left exposed •Advise if any further repairs are recommended I am looking for a proper, lasting repair rather than the cheapest possible fix, and I’m happy to pay accordingly for someone with the right experience. The work will need to be completed by end of day Tuesday 23 June. Please only respond if you have experience with door repairs and adjustments. Our balcony door keeps coming off its hinges. The hinge completely separates from the actual building wall (see photo). This has occurred because the door itself gets stuck on the floor when closing. Over time this friction has damaged the hinges screw holes on the wall so now it comes loose. I need a few millimetres taken off the bottom of the door so it no longer catches the floor. Then we need to fill the screw holes (maybe with dowel and super glue) and re drill the hinges.

Patch window frame and paint so apartment can go on the market for sale

Our toilet roll holder in the bathroom has fallen off the wall. So, the wall needs to be fixed, and then the toilet roll holder reinstalled.

Install and screw in a plate to fix a cupboard door hinge that has pulled out, install a sliding lock on a ceiling manhole, install a bathroom lock. Own screwdriver and own screws required, plate (not sure if right size?) and 2 locks and wood putty’s provided. Plus re/glue a handle on a laminated chipboard kitchen drawer.
