Looking for an experienced plasterer/painter to: - Reinstall ceiling insulation where it has been removed - Patch and plaster multiple ceiling openings (see photos) - Tape, skim and feather joins so they’re invisible once finished - Sand smooth - Prime and repaint the affected ceiling areas to match existing white ceiling Details: - Apartment in Balaclava (easy access) - Holes are in the kitchen, hallway and living area Happy for this to be a 2-visit job if required for curing Please quote for labour, materials and any additional prep or protection required for new timber floors. Experience with ceiling repairs is essential. Photos attached so you can see the scope clearly. Additionally (secondary scope): We’d also like the skirting boards repainted throughout the apartment. This isn’t critical to be done at the same time, but please let me know if this is something you can include or quote for separately.

2 blinds need repairing. One is uneven and the cord has come loose. One is detached and the cord is stuck.

I would like the fly screens on two sliding doors replaced. I’m hoping for fly screen that is sturdy but not too dark so that it still lets plenty of light in. It’s two fly screens that are approx 220 cm x 125 cm.

Thinking of getting a carpenter or tradesperson to build something bespoke to help stop noise travelling through an airgap between apartments via the hollow aluminum window frames (spandrel wall). Obvious option is for secondary glazing to sit behind existing window, however I was thinking of some type of casing / shell / trims to be made to go over the existing aluminum frame, with a mass loaded vinyl underneath, as combined this should dampen the sound. This would be required on 1 x large (3 pane window) and 3 x smaller windows. Also, open to suggestions for alternative methods.

My toilet seat keeps sliding around and even comes off. It has already been tightened once but it didn't change anything, was still sliding that same day. Needs to either be fixed or replaced but would like someone with knowledge to figure out which and do it.

Is there any difference in quality between EasySheds and Stratco sheds that you are aware of before we purchase? There is an existing concrete base but it appears to not be level. (Water run off?) Just after a quote to install the 2 sheds and if you can help with levelling the base if that is required? One of the drawers in my child’s dresser has come off its runner and won’t slide back in properly. It looks like there might be some minor damage to the track or the drawer itself. Will need drill.
