Find an experienced handyman in Redfern

Hi there, I need someone to repair the cable functional trainer in my personal training studio. It looks like it needs a new cable as the rubber has come off. Hoping I can find someone who has experience with this thanks please see photos.

To expand a wardrobe we need to move a wall by 30 cm. See image of mirror. This job is to quote on that. We have other work too, but this is a priority.

Purchase and install a door seal strip on our front door (see photos) to keep dirt/insects/cold air out. The door is 1100 wide and opens inwards. When the door is closed, there is an immediate step down so there is no area for the strip to seal onto on the outside (see photos). This may mean that the strip has to be installed internally. We are getting our house painted on Monday so would need someone to come before then.
