We want the lock on our balcony, fixed to the brick wall (It's a California Bungalow style wall. The instructions say to use a masonry bit to pre-drill then screw in. If you have an idea or experience for ensuring that it's ultra tight and impossible to remove beyond what the instructions say, you'll win the job. $100 firm, no more, no less, no negotiation on this one please it'll be a quick job. If it can be done Saturday 6th of September before 10AM or after 2PM that is what we need. Even if we aren't home i'll leave the lock under the porch couch for you to get started.

The leather on the kitchen drawer is worn out and needs to be replaced with new ones. Total about 10 drawers. The drawers themselves are still good, just the leather need to be replaced, I hope it can be in a similar color to the previous one. Because there are also cabinets beside it, so they are in the same color.

Somewhat Urgent: After some wind damage last night, our outdoor ceiling fan in our alfresco area has dislodged from its batten fitting bracket. Unsure if there are any screws missing but it is hanging very loose and its casing has fallen along with it. Can confirm that the fan is still in working order but seeking an electrician to ensure it is properly and safely fit back into place. Our usual electrician is out of town and isn’t available, but has made an assessment at face value (see pictures). Items normally in alfresco area have been removed for safety and for easier access to alfresco area.

Hi there, I’ve got some old-school manual roller shutter blinds with the crank handles. A few of them aren’t working properly: Some shutters are stuck halfway and won’t go up or down. Others move but are very jittery when winding. One got jammed badly enough that I had to remove the front casing. I’m not sure if the issue is with the winding mechanism, the shutter tracks, or something else. I’m looking for someone experienced with roller shutters who can come have a look, diagnose the problem, and provide quotes for the repairs. Photos are attached for reference. I need someone with experience to fix new flyscreen mesh into 3 existing frames. The job is complicated by the need to remove and refit the blackout blind frame surrounds(see pictures). I already removed one. I will supply the new mesh, window sizes are 2 windows 80cm*132cm and one 86cm*132cm. Prefer someone with experience replacing flyscreen and working with blinds.
