tenants have mentioned that the bathroom door handle jams when trying to open the door, it is getting worse, they have tried tightening the screws however, they have had no luck. The silicone on the kitchen tap has come off completely causing the faucet to move around freely. There was also a crack in the wash basin before the tenants moved in that was covered with silicone, the silicone is starting to chip away.

I have a Vuly Ultra Medium trampoline. I have purchased replacement spring covers, two replacement pole covers, and a few spare springs. I need someone to help install them. Specifically, I would like someone to come to our house in Bundoora and do the following: - Remove existing spring cover padding (grey circle around the trampoline) - Remove two pole covers (the two most worn) - Install new spring cover padding and two pole covers - Replace 3-4 missing springs I will provide all spare parts, recently shipped from Vuly. Ideally someone could come and do this tomorrow (Thursday 16th), but otherwise some time next week would work well.

Air condition not cooling only fan works

Fence needs a small bit of maintenance. Essentially needs some nailing of pails that aren’t straight and some boards need screwing in to strengthen it up. Should take someone with a nail gun, drill and some screws about 20 mins.

Air conditioning no response

Hi! My Honda HRN216 is 3 years old and in mostly fine nick, but needs a bit of maintenance and I’m wanting to have it done onsite: 1. Fix petrol leak (appears to be coming from carb - gasket may be shot but I’m not 100% sure) 2. Re-tune self propel choke (Self-propel is currently disengaged - choke needs adjusting) 3.
