I’ve just removed a wall at the back of my garage and I need a plaster to come and patch the exposed ends and some holes that have been cut. Refer to photos for details but there are 5 holes roughly about 300mm x 100mm being the largest. Additionally need two exposed timber studs, one the roof and one on the wall plastered as well. I just need the plastering and patching done sanding is not required.

Gaps in corners of wooden floorboards need wood filler due to incomplete renovation. 3. Gaps in corners of tiles (ants get in) needs to be filled.

First, we need some basic grout repair in a small bathroom (where grout has come away, to prevent water incursion), both on some tiles where/around where the shower/bath is (anywhere where you see a gap), plus around 1-2 tiles on the bathroom floor next to the bath. Best guess is 1-2 hours work. Second, you have basic plumbing experience, our toilet also occasionally keeps flushing after a flush (we’ve fixed it each time by pushing the half flush button again). Best guess 1-2 hours work. The brand of toilet is in the photo (old type), with access to the cistern by lifting the plastic “metal” flush button area. Total 2-4 hours total. Prefer someone coming Friday morning.

I have a two-storey apartment at the rear of my house and need to replace the cement sheeting (non-asbestos) on the second-storey walls, about 25m2 in total, front and back. I am also considering replacing the plywood ceiling and one large window. Late April or early May.

had a blind taken down by painters and cannot make it go back up, or at least not properly tensioned so it operates. Need someone who has done this sort of thing before. One small plastic part has broken but possibly it can be modified to work. There is a bracket that the blind sits on, plus the blind. See pics. Should not take long, but please only message if you know how to install these.

A few handy tasks that need doing 1. Change light globes to dimmable X 5 globes (don’t have the globes on location but can try to source these if need) would prefer handy person to bring. Photo of the connection required. Need to be strong brightness but warm white. 2. Tighten toilet seat screws (screws for the toilet seat to toilet bowl loose) 3. Hang small picture in hallway 4. Tighten squeaky stair screws (one maybe two steps) - done by tightening bolts 5. Re attach man hole cover (see picture below) 6. Loosen bathroom door (seems to jam up) Help would be greatly appreciated

Small shower safety rail needed on the wall of the bathroom. Bathtub/shower exits to tiled step which is a slipping hazard. Tasker should supply all materials including the rail (black preferred to match current fittings) Experience required to properly secure rail to wall and to minimise chance of damage to wall tiles.

Hi, I need someone experienced with door and hinge repairs to fix a bedroom door that isn’t closing properly without force. I believe the previous owner installed the wrong butt hinges, and the top has now started to pull away. There are three hinges altogether. Looking for someone who has done hinge/mortise repairs before who can fix it so it closes without any issues. My apartment is in Fitzroy North. Thanks!

Hinge keeps coming out. I’ve tried multiple times to drill the crews back in, trying to fill the holes as well, but not catching completely. Note cracks along the frame. Looking for a better solution.
