Bathroom drawer's runners are DTC soft close drawer runners. I ordered a whole new drawer kit from DTC because the previous runners were rusted and old, and felt rough when closing the drawer. I fitted the new runners and new drawer kit, the runners are clicking into the hooks of the drawer as they should when I put the drawer back in. However, when I try to close the drawer, it makes a crunching sound and isn't engaging the soft close mechanism and so I think the alignment is off but can't seem to get it right. I'd like someone who is familiar with these types of runners to come and align it. Picture of runner by itself is previous rusted runner. All other pictures are new runners and drawer kit installed. Apartment is easy access, flexible on time - thanks.

Hi, I need someone experienced with door and hinge repairs to fix a bedroom door that isn’t closing properly without force. I believe the previous owner installed the wrong butt hinges, and the top has now started to pull away. There are three hinges altogether. Looking for someone who has done hinge/mortise repairs before who can fix it so it closes without any issues. My apartment is in Fitzroy North. Thanks!

We have bought new lacework to install in our front veranda approximately 3.5m wide. There are 3 pieces that need to be installed, 2 corners and 1 frieze that needs to be cut to size using an angle grinder. We will need you to cut the frieze to size as well as drill /install screws to attach to the front veranda

Hinge keeps coming out. I’ve tried multiple times to drill the crews back in, trying to fill the holes as well, but not catching completely. Note cracks along the frame. Looking for a better solution.

Hi All, Shower door has come off and top hinge has broken in my Airbnb. I’ve purchased the hinge kit online as it couldn’t be found locally (pictured) - just need someone to fit it and reinstall the door.
