I’ve just removed a wall at the back of my garage and I need a plaster to come and patch the exposed ends and some holes that have been cut. Refer to photos for details but there are 5 holes roughly about 300mm x 100mm being the largest. Additionally need two exposed timber studs, one the roof and one on the wall plastered as well. I just need the plastering and patching done sanding is not required.

First, we need some basic grout repair in a small bathroom (where grout has come away, to prevent water incursion), both on some tiles where/around where the shower/bath is (anywhere where you see a gap), plus around 1-2 tiles on the bathroom floor next to the bath. Best guess is 1-2 hours work. Second, you have basic plumbing experience, our toilet also occasionally keeps flushing after a flush (we’ve fixed it each time by pushing the half flush button again).
