I need a Coolaroo outdoor blind from Bunnings installed on my apartment balcony. It’s a recessed, semi-enclosed balcony and the blind will be mounted inside the balcony opening. It will leave a gap either side of the opening, hoping to get these as equal as possible. You will need a step ladder, appropriate drills bits for masonry/metal. We are seeking someone to install corner shelves, attacking brackets to two brick walls, before mounting three pairs of wood (the longer approximately 180 cm and one 80 cm) to the wall. Specific Job Details: This is a task that requires experience drilling into brick and precision to attach all the brackets evenly in line to support the wood. Cutting into existing thick timber door and installing a dog door.

Three of our dining chairs have come apart. The screws have come loose on two of them on the back part and we’re not sure if they’re fixable. One of the bottom seats is slightly bent and all screws have come loose.

There are 2 sections of aesthetic damage on the house I am currently leasing that need to be repaired. Both about 10cm. 1) The structural wood beam to the right of the front door has been chipped and needs to be bogged and re-painted. We have the paint required but nothing else. 2) There is also a hole in the plaster inside my cupboard. About the size of a golf ball (see pic). I need the plasterboard patched and painted. Again I have the paint needed but nothing else. We need to get this done sometime between now and Thursday Jan 8th at the absolute latest as we have an inspection directly afterwards.
