We have a small to medium hole in the drywall in our bathroom. The hole is approximately 8x10 cm and not near any light features or plugs. Ideally the wall would need to be painted afterward but we are mainly concerned about repairing the hole as we can do painting if needed. The runner on the left has lost a screw and so the drawer drops. I do not know enoigh about Hettich draws to be able to remove the draw to get to the runner, nor how to get the draw back on. PLus, I'd like both runners checked to make sure they are properly secured to minimise the chance this might happen again. It would be good to be taught how to do this myself just in case. Hoping to get this done this week - Tuesdays are not good for me, though. Other days should be OK.

I need a Coolaroo outdoor blind from Bunnings installed on my apartment balcony. It’s a recessed, semi-enclosed balcony and the blind will be mounted inside the balcony opening. It will leave a gap either side of the opening, hoping to get these as equal as possible. You will need a step ladder, appropriate drills bits for masonry/metal. Cutting into existing thick timber door and installing a dog door.

Three of our dining chairs have come apart. The screws have come loose on two of them on the back part and we’re not sure if they’re fixable. One of the bottom seats is slightly bent and all screws have come loose.

There are 2 sections of aesthetic damage on the house I am currently leasing that need to be repaired. Both about 10cm. 1) The structural wood beam to the right of the front door has been chipped and needs to be bogged and re-painted. We have the paint required but nothing else. 2) There is also a hole in the plaster inside my cupboard. About the size of a golf ball (see pic). I need the plasterboard patched and painted. Again I have the paint needed but nothing else. We need to get this done sometime between now and Thursday Jan 8th at the absolute latest as we have an inspection directly afterwards.
