Looking for an hourly rated handy person who moves quickly but cleverly to help move through a short list of tasks ranging from making a bed to hanging some art and to build some small creative solutions to some slightly annoying things (like the hanging cord of a light fixture needing to be secured to the concrete roof in a more aesthetically pleasing way. Will also involve moving the pieces of the old bed down 1 floor in a lift with a trolley. Nothing hard or heavy or requiring significant specialty tradespeople - just a nice, handy human to help me for 1/2 a day.

The towel rail in the bathroom has come off. It has also left a hole in the plasterboard. The original issue was because the towel rail was installed to the plasterboard. So it needs to be fixed, reinstalled and reinforced and the plasterboard patched up.

I need a Coolaroo outdoor blind from Bunnings installed on my apartment balcony. It’s a recessed, semi-enclosed balcony and the blind will be mounted inside the balcony opening. It will leave a gap either side of the opening, hoping to get these as equal as possible. You will need a step ladder, appropriate drills bits for masonry/metal.
