I'm moving out of a rental property and would like to have the engineered wooden floor boards cleaned up. There are several long scratches and one gouged irregular scratch that has been filled but is obvious. I would like it cleaned up so that the scratches and the gouge are removed/fixed. there are quite a few long thin scratches as in picture 1.

Hi there, I am in Alphington and need a little of carpentry done for some door and window work on an outside room. Need someone experienced in doors and windows. Project is a bit tricky as the external wall has battens so need to ensure a window we put in is flashed well, and want to install a glass door on the inside of the jam and pull out fly screen in the middle of the two doors. Have some other bits too such as doing a basic frame in the laundry so we can do a new Benchtop. Let me know if you are interested. Obviously we need to get a quote for it all so the rate I have provided is just a nominal number.
