Pretty straightforward removal of wobbly old tap that sits through a wooden work surface and direct replacement with a new one.

Pretty basic job, to remove an existing (wobbly and past it's best) tall mixer kitchen sink tap and replace it with a new one.

Replace kitchen mixer tap with a new one I have bought. Looks like a straightforward swap from what I can see. Only issue might be that space is a bit limited underneath the sink for working on it.

I need to change (like for like) a bath shower mixer tap. To access under the bath, a cupboard needs to be slid out of the way but that is slightly blocked by a heated towel rail. So that will need to be isolated and removed too - will need therefore to be corgi registered. Sealant around bath also needs re-doing and change the drainage cap (if that is the right term) in the bath. Thanks

There is a slow leak into the flat below coming from our shower. I don’t know if it’s from failing sealant or if the pipes under the shower are leaking.
