I’m finally getting round to fixing a botched installation of laminate flooring and porcelain tiling (gaps in between laminate which I’ve done my best to fix but the porcelain tiles are now loose and cracked in places - was done by the previous floor fitters). We are looking to get a report of the condition of the apartment. I had laminate flooring installed in my living area and hallway of my flat in June/July this year. However, I have noticed a few gaps between some of the planks. I need someone to get rid of these (perhaps with adhesive/woodfiller?) so that it doesn't become too big of an issue down the line.
