A floor board has lifted, and we had a damp specialist come and confirmed it isn't swollen, rather it was laid poorly. We need it either fixed or replaced, along with some skirting boards reattached. We don't have any spare boards and will require you to sort that ideally.

Need to screw floorboards in loft room as they are really squeaky. The room has been emptied apart from the cupboards which can be moved whilst working. Carpet partially lifted too. I need to do a temporary repair on 2 floorboards in my bathroom. I want to keep the original floorboards but they have a crack. The recommendation from the old owner - who is a builder but lives overseas, says to put a brace understand the floorboards to stablise them. He said should be relatively easy. I have laminate floorboards. They've been shifting around. One has come up and the foam under is torn very slightly. I have replacement boards if necessary but this one needs to be refitted. I am also looking to find the source of the problem to see if I need to book a more serious repair.

Install around 40sqm of laminate flooring and skirting boards on to original floorboard and OSB sub flooring. The job is in a flat across living room, 2 x bedroom, 1 x hallway.
