I need floorboards sanded, filled and polished in my flat. This will be across living room, hallway and 1 bedroom.

Hi, I’ll need someone to take off all of the flooring in a 3 bedroom house. Mostly laminate but kitchen, bathroom and toilet are tiles. I need the skirting boards taken off as well. From my experience I can say that it’s a single day job but depends on the person. All off the rubbish needs to be piled in the middle of the living room, will be disposed later. I have some other jobs as well but depending on the offer of this job, I’ll discuss the rest with the assignee. Needs to be done tomorrow or latest Monday.

Replace skirting boards in a bedroom approximately 11ft by 11ft

Replace the skirting board where fireplace was removed. I have one spare plank of skirting board but it may not be enough because of how the missing sections have been cut, the middle may also need replacing. - Due date: Flexible
