Hi, I’ll need someone to take off all of the flooring in a 3 bedroom house. Mostly laminate but kitchen, bathroom and toilet are tiles. I need the skirting boards taken off as well. From my experience I can say that it’s a single day job but depends on the person. All off the rubbish needs to be piled in the middle of the living room, will be disposed later. I have some other jobs as well but depending on the offer of this job, I’ll discuss the rest with the assignee. Needs to be done tomorrow or latest Monday.

I need a professional: - high attention to details; - clean and careful not to make dust using vacuum that I can provide (henry); - can take care of purchasing what's needed for the job, including paint. Need two lengths of skirting board fitted to two adjacent walls. the two lengths are 2,270mm and 1,090mm and the board is Torus timber, 162mm(h) x 19mm(d). It's being fitted to a plastered brick wall, some bare brick is exposed near floor level that will sit behind the skirt. Floor itself is carpet. The only obstructions are two radiator pipes that stick out of the floor that the board will run behind. Radiator itself is off the wall. Quote price is for fitting boards and any fixings required. I can provide the skirting board or happy to negotiate a price for supply & fit. - Due date: Flexible

Drill holes in wall and supply rawlplugs. Re- fit basic skirting board ( approx 5 ft ) that was removed and cut by plumber. It will need wood screws and maybe adhesive and possibly some wood. - Due date: Flexible

( not even full room) In my bedroom skirting 2 sides of the wall and coving 2 sides of the wall ( not even full room) And corridor skirting and coving only 4 very small pieces of walls. I have the adhesives but you need to bring your staple-gun or the adequate tools that are required for skirting and coving to cut etc! It's not big work as you see, not even full rooms!
