We’re looking for someone who can help with installing some skirting boards. They are for the bathroom - we’ve done two of the walls but need someone with more expertise to cut round the pipes and do the corners. We have a strip of skirting board but will need to be cut to size.

Fill in hole in skirting board and replace skirting board with skirting board that fits the gap properly.

I have just moved in and found a historic leak damage behind where the previous owners had a washing machine. It is dry but I want someone to come and remove the skirting board, check that there is no dampness and/or mould, re-fix the skirting board back on, and paint the skirting board so that it doesn't look damaged.

There is some skirting board at the bottom of the window that I was going to remove but it’s trickier than I thought because the skirting goes under the window ledge.
