Fitting skirting boards in 3 rooms and hallway

I got a new washing machine and due a skirting board sticking out, I can't get it in. I need help removing the skirting board in this area so that I can slide it into place. See the photos. In the photo you can see how it chipped when we tried to shove it in. It does fit - is the same size as my old machine, but whoever put that one in must have fit the kitchen around it.

- Radiator cover (MDF) as part of media unit was originally fixed in place. It has now come out. It needs putting back in place but with magnets so it can be taken on and off. Alternatively it could be replaced. - Skirting board (MDF) is now damaged and frayed. Needs repairing or replacing ready for re-painting. - Cupboard doors are loose and need tightening up.

Need 2 quotes- 1 for replacing all skirting board in a bedroom (total 1328cm) and another quote for replacing part of the skirting board (200cm in length)as it has been damaged from a water leak. Job quote needs to include replacing the skirting board, painting the skirting board and the labour cost to do the work, the skirting board has to match the existing one.

The skirting board under my sink cabinet is loose and needs to be fastened. My cat climbed in through there and disappeared into a hole. I need this repaired ASAP. This is something my landlord should be repairing but it doesn't seem like it will happen anytime soon.
