The bathroom is currently carpeted. I want to replace it with floor tiles. The carpet needs to be removed and disposed. The tiles needed are basic ceramic tiles which should be included along with installation. Floor size is approx 10ft long x 5.7 ft wide. Quote should include both materials and installation.

The landing is not very wide at all. Need to finish all laminate and attach beading to skirting beading. We will ensure any carpet and old laminate is removed

I need an experienced carpenter/handyman to carefully trim a section of skirting board so an oak cupboard can fit into an alcove. The work involves: * Carefully removing or trimming only the section of skirting required. * Ensuring the cut is perfectly neat and square. * Blending the new cut into the existing skirting so it looks like it was always there. * Making sure the cupboard fits flush against the wall afterwards. * Leaving the remaining skirting undamaged and the area tidy. I’ve attached a photo showing the area highlighted in yellow. Requirements: * Experience with finish carpentry/skirting boards. * Own tools (multi-tool, mitre saw/jigsaw if required, chisels, etc.). * Take care not to damage the wall, flooring or paintwork. * If necessary, lightly sand and caulk any visible joints for a professional finish. I’m looking for a high-quality finish rather than just cutting the skirting away.
