Approx measurement Main Bedroom 3.42m x 3.37m around 11.5 m² Underlay already laid Bedroom 2 3.50m x 2.59m around 9.1 m2 Needs underlay and laminate Landing (approx) ~4.0-4.3 m² Partly started and starting peices of laminate already laid from nursery which is also finsihed. The landing is not very wide at all. Need to finish all laminate and attach beading to skirting beading. We will ensure any carpet and old laminate is removed
