There are about 8 holes in the walls in my house, made by my 5 year old. Most are small, the size of a door knob, but there are two larger ones, with the largest about 80cm x 80 cm. It is white plaster board. I don't need for them to be painted. Thank you

I live in a Toorak rental house. I have the permission of my property manager to commission the work. I have a delicate leadlight door which needs some filling performed and the door painted on both sides with gloss paint. The inside must be off-white. The exterior is a black gloss finish. The filling is around the edge top edge of the sensitive leadlight structure. It will need some course and then fine sanding after filling. Would you also please patch a plasterboard hole in my attic study please? It is the approximately 10 cm by 5 cm in area.
