Tighten a tap in the kitchen at a property in Williamstown- we have a tool to use and fix the tap - please see photo.

Our water tank has fallen down and is sitting against the neighbours house. Need it removed and taken away. Don't think it has water in it (turned tap and nothing came out) but it's difficult to tell. Is very heavy.

We an outdoor shower head installed (we will supply hardware). Ideally would like someone who has plumbing knowledge. Water outlet is in front of the wall as per photo so may need to be recessed.

I need someone with plumbing expertise and the right tools to remove the old mixer from my kitchen sink and put a new one in. I have already purchased a new mixer from bunnings. The old mixer is about 20 years old. Access is tight because there is an insinkerator under the sink as well. There is no rush but I would like it done in the next 10 days.
